Dangar Pachadi
Ingredients:
1. Urad Dal – 2 Tspoons
2. Salt
3. Curd – per consistency
4. Red Chillies – 1
5. Oil
6. Mustard
Method of preparation:
1. In a kadai, dry roast the Urad Dal till it turns golden brown
2. After it cools down, grind it to a mildly coarse powder
3. Add curd, salt to taste
4. In a small kadai, season mustard and red chillies in a little oil
5. Add the seasoning to the chutney
6. Dangar Pachchadi is now ready. It goes well with Upma, Pongal and a variety of other Tiffin courses
