Paruppu thogayal

Ingredients:

1. Toor dhal – 1 cup

2. Red Chillies – 1

3. Salt – required

4. Sesame oil

Method of Preparation:

1. In a kadai add little oil and add toor dhal, redchillie and roast till golden brown

2. Transfer the dal to a mixer

3. Add salt, water and grind to a fine mix

4. Tasty Paruppu Thogayal is ready and it can be had with rice
