1. Rice

2. Moong Dhal

3. Vegetables (Spinach, carrot, beans, tomamto,peas)

4. Sambhar powder – 1 Tspn

5. Bisibelabath powder – 1 Tspn

6. salt – per taste

7. Tamarind

8. Coriander powder

Method of Preparation:

1. In a pressure cooker, add Rice, moong dal, mixed vegetables, sambhar powder, Bisibelebath powder, salt, coriander powder and water and pressure cook

2. After 3 to 4 whistles, open the cooker, add little water and let it boil

3. Add tamarind, let it boil and switch off

4. Temper mustard, red chillies and add it to the bisibelabath
