Vegetable Rolls

 I make these vegetable rolls very often and this is a perfect way to make use of left over chapathis.

 1. Left over/ Freshly made chapathis

2. Vegetables (Cabbage, Tomatoes, Onions)

3. White Sauce

4. Tomato Sauce

5. Mint leaves

For White Sauce:

1. Milk – 1/2 cup

2. Maida – 1 Tspn

3. Butter/ ghee – 1 Tspn

4. Salt

5. Pepper

Method of Preparation:

1. To prepare white sauce, heat butter or ghee in a pan and add maida (all purpose flour)

2. Before the maida forms lumps add milk

3. Constantly stir and let the milk boil

4. Add salt and pepper to taste

5. When the gravy thickens remove the pan from flame and let it cool

6. Take left over or freshly prepared chapathis and arrange them in a plate

7. Apply a spoon full of tomato sauce over the chapathis

8. Now place  the sliced veggies, mint and apply a layer of white sauce

9. Roll the chapathis and serve

10. To make sure that the filling doesnt spill, place the filling slightly above the center of the chapathi
