Indo Chinese Fried Rice

This is my all time favorite. Its very easy to prepare and has a lot of veggies in it, which makes it my most preferred option.

1.Cut vegetables (Beans, carrot, brocolli, peas, spring onions) – 1 Cup

2. Basmathi rice – 1 Cup

3. Oil, Red Chillies

4. Soya sauce

5. Tomato Sauce

6. Salt to taste

7. Water

Method of Preparation:

1. Soak Basmathi rice in water for 30 minutes and cook with required salt

2. In a kadai, heat oil and add red chillies

3. Add Spring onions

4. Remove the onions when they are crisp

5. Add all vegetables (carrot, beans, peas, brocolli) and toss them in the kadai

6. Add salt, soya sauce, tomato sauce and onions

7. Now add the cooked rice and mix it in the kadai with veggies

8. Tasty Indo Chinese fried rice is ready
