Nethu Kottuma Pachadi
Nethu Kottuma Pachadi

1. Toor Dal – 1/2 cup
2. Red Chilli – 6
3. Asafoetida -little
4. Salt – to taste
5. Curd – 1 cup
6. Oil
7. Mustard

Method of preparation:
1. Dry roast toor dal, red chillies and asafoetida
2. Grind into a corse powder
3. Add curd and salt to the powder
4. Season mustard in little oil and add it to the pachadi. Tasty nethu kotuma pachadi is ready
5. It can be served with any tiffin like upma, idly, dosa or even with rice
