Lime Rasam

Ingredients:

1. Lemon (1 for 2 people)

2. Salt

3. Rasam powder

4. Asafoetida

5. Dhal water

6. Mustard

7. Oil

8. Curry Leaves

How to prepare:

1.  Mix water, salt, rasam powder and asafoetida and boil.

2.  When the content reduces, add dhal water.

3. Season mustard and add it.

4. Add 1 fruit lemon extract.

5. Add curry leaves for garnishing.

Alternate Method:

We can reduce the quantity of rasam powder and add a green chilli instead.
