This is a different dosa variety. Fenugreek seeds are good for health. This type of dosa has good aroma.
1. Fenugreek seeds: 1 or 11/2 spoons
How to prepare:
1. Soak Fenugreek seeds for 1/2 hour and grind it.
2. Add it to the Dosa batter.
3. Make it into dosas as per the plain dosa procedure.
4. Tasty Vendaya Dosas are ready.
