2. Gingely Oil
How to prepare:
1. Heat a flat kadai and Grease with little oil (preferably gingely oil).
2. Pour some batter on the kadai and spread with well, so that it is thin in the edges.
3. pour little gingely oil around the dosa.
4. After some time, turn the dosa upside down so that it gets cooked on both sides.
5. Dosa is now ready. Take it out and serve with chutneys.
