This is a traditional Gujarathi dish. I got this from my neighbour. Its ideal for tea time and can be preserved for 1 or 2 days also.
1. Flour/ Wheat – 500 gms
3. Chilly powder
4. turmeric powder
5. Coriander power
How to prepare:
1. Mix the given ingredients and make it into a fine batter.
2. Roll it into chapathis and roast with little oil.
3. Tasty Thepla is now ready. It can be served with curd.
