Ingredients:
For Batter:
1. Rice flour : 1 Cup
2. Bengal Gram flour: 2 Cups (for crispy bajjis 1 cup)
3. Chilli powder
4. Asafoetida
5. Jeera powder
6. Salt to taste
7. Ghee 1 spoon
Vegetables:
Chilli, Potato, Onion, brinjal, Plaintain, apple

How to prepare:

1. Mix all ingredients into a thin batter.
2. Dip the cut vegetables in batter and deep fry in oil.
