Pal Payasam

Pal Payasam:

 

Ingredients:

Rice – 1 tumbler

Milk – 1 litre

Sugar – 1/4 tumbler

cardamom, cashew, pista

Procedure

a.Boil rice in cooker.

b.Add 500 ml milk to rice and boil it with frequent stirring till the volume is reduced and the consistency becomes thick.

c.Add another 500 ml milk and keep stirring.

d.Add sugar to the mixture

e.Boil for 5 minutes.

f.Add cardamom, cashew and pista.

g.Pal Payasm is now ready to be served.
