a. Bengal gram
b. onions, green chilli, curry leaves
c. ginger garlic paste, cumin seeds
d. salt to taste
How to make:
a. Soak Bengal gram in water and drain water.
b. Finely chop onions, green chilli, curry leaves .
c. grind Bengal gram coarsely without water.
d. add finely chopped onions, green chilli, curry leaves, ginger garlic paste, salt, cumin seeds to the Bengal gram paste.
e. leave it aside for few minutes.
f. make in to vada and deep/ shallow fry in oil till golden yellow.
