Ingredients:

coconut   1 or 1.5

green chillies – 4 or 5

Jeeragam – 1 spoon

Vegetables (Brinjal, white Pumkin, Yellow pumkin)

Procedure:

1. Grind coconut, green chillies and jeeragam in a mixie.

2. Then boil vegetables like brinjal, white Pumkin, yellow Pumkin

3.Boil with salt.

4. Add the coconut mixture to the vegetables.

5.Add curd and mix it

6.Keep this in low flame for some time.

7.Don’t boil.

8.Add coconut oil and serve.

6. Tasty Avial ready.
